The heir to the National Enquirer fortune has won the latest battle in a bitter war with his mother. Confidenti@l is told exclusively that a Florida judge has lifted part of a restraining order that Lois Pope — the widow of Enquirer founder Generoso — took out against her son Paul Pope that prevented him from owning guns. “I am ecstatic that the courts realized that under the Second Amendment, I have a constitutional right to bear arms to protect myself and my family just like any other American citizen,” Pope told us.
